in good preloved condition
A: in good condition with minimal wear and a sturdy clasp. BRIGHT rhodium plating that is starting to fade revealing the sterling silver beneath. the plating cannot be removed and is added by Italian chain manufacturers to prevent tarnish and offer a bright white hue, but it is a lesson in non-attachment.
B: in good condition. textured on one side, shiny on the other. one of the longer links is NOT soldered shut. doesn't appear to be plated with platinum/rhodium. noticeable bends in the end caps. clasp works well
C: in good condition with minimal wear and a sturdy clasp. one side might have had a darker gun metal plating, which has worn away significantly. clasp has a deep file mark from a very thorough acid testing. end caps have noticeable bends
D: in good condition with minimal wear and a sturdy clasp. slinky, rounded links. noticeable bends in the end caps
